Subscription Policy
VALID FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS ONLY. NOT VALID FOR ONE-TIME OR GIFT BOXES
1. Your account will be charged on checkout and then again on the 15th of every month, regardless of what day you placed your order. Your subscription will renew on the 15th of every month unless canceled, skipped, or paused. Any changes to your subscription must be done before your subscription renews for the month.
Example: You place your order on April 4th. You will be charged on April 4th (for the May box), then on May 15th for the June box, and June 15th for the July box, and so forth until you cancel. Any changes must be made BEFORE the 15th of the month.
2. IMPORTANT: Once renewals are processed, they cannot be canceled. If you need to change a shipping address, please notify us right away. We are sometimes able to change your shipping address as long as we haven't processed your order.
3. Be sure to update your subscription status before your next renewal date. You are responsible for tracking your renewal date and updating, pausing, or canceling your subscription at all times.
4. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to cancel your subscription at any time and for any reason.
5. To edit your subscription, first activate your store account, then log in. You can log in and activate your account at https://dowbox.in/apps/subscriptions. Use the same email address you used for your order.
6. Once your account is registered, log in, click "Subscriptions," and from there, you’ll be able to update payment information as well as skip, pause, or cancel your box subscription.
